Return & Exchange Policy

At Tinko.pk, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned with the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, parts, manuals, and tags where applicable
  • Not show signs of damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request clear photos or a video of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or another suitable resolution.

Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind may be accepted at our discretion, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Return shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, clearance, or other applicable reasons.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements may require additional verification.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Tinko.pk as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refusing a parcel without contacting our support team may affect future ordering eligibility.
